Transform the everyday through your role in creating sustainable transport solutions.
In this role you will : Lead the planning, implementation, and management of Radio systems (wayside and equipment room) for the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport project, ensuring compliance with client, statutory, and industry standards.
Oversee installation, verification, and commissioning of key Radio and Communications systems including Tetra, GRN / PRN, Train Control Radio, WiFi, and PTO radio.
Liaise with Systems Assurance, Systems Integration, and T&C teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration of radio systems.
Prepare and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), static testing activities, and associated documentation including test reports, installation manuals, and method statements.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders including NSW Telco and Police, mobile carriers, and Western Sydney councils to ensure alignment and compliance.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Communications, Telecommunications, Electronics & Telecommunications, Railway, Automation, Electrical, or Informatics.
Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer in Metro / Railway projects, preferably within NSW / Australia.
Strong hands-on expertise in installation, testing, and commissioning of radio systems and their interfaces.
Ability to interpret and apply customer standards, manage short-term project plans, and lead safety and risk assessments.
