About the role

As a Software Developer for our Loan Management System, you'll play a pivotal role in creating software solutions that streamline our processes and delight our customers. Your key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with product owners, business teams, and end-users to craft exceptional user and customer experiences.
• Translating ideas into action and turning business needs into technical requirements and ensure every solution adds value.
• Developing robust solutions to create strong, bug-free, maintainable systems
• Enhancing user experiences and designing intuitive UX/UI features that make doing business with Solvar seamless and enjoyable.
• Communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and aligning tech solutions with business goals.
• Upholding quality and security and delivering robust and secure solutions while managing risks effectively.
• Staying ahead of the curve with technologies like SQL Server, Low code/No code technologies, and Azure cloud.

About you

• You are an expert in SQL database, stored procedures, writing performance-efficient queries with at least 5 years of experience in lending.
• You have a strong foundation of databases and developing high performance systems, with exposure to any low-code platforms.
• You thrive in a collaborative, fast paced agile environment.
• You’re a natural problem-solver with a talent for developing outstanding software solutions and automating workflows that drive efficiency.
