About the Role
Ready to reshape leadership and learning in a modern, fast-paced tech environment? This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement a strategic approach to leadership and capability development aligned with business priorities. Reporting to the Head of Talent and collaborating with COE and HR Business Partners, you will play a key role in defining leadership standards, designing career pathways, and embedding learning into the business fabric. The role combines strategic influence with practical program delivery, with scope to lead enterprise-wide capability initiatives leveraging global resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Capability Frameworks : Define and deliver leadership development strategies aligned with business goals. Co-create leadership capability frameworks.
- Career Pathways : Design and embed frameworks supporting long-term employee growth and job architecture alignment.
- Learning Strategy & Program Delivery : Manage existing programs and develop new learning strategies that are learner-centric, agile, and scalable.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with HR, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of frameworks and programs. Provide thought leadership on emerging trends.
- Measurement & Insights : Use data to evaluate program effectiveness, draw insights, and inform continuous improvement.
