We are currently looking for additional tour guides to join our growing team and support the delivery of outstanding guest experiences across our luxury tours.
Position Available:
We are hiring FULL-TIME Tour Guides to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will assist in delivering high-quality guided tours, ensure smooth day-to-day tour operations, and provide an exceptional experience for all guests.
Ideal candidates will have some experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for showcasing the local region are highly valued.

Responsibilities:
- Transporting guests between accommodation and key points of interest in a safe and timely manner.
- Planning and delivering engaging, informative commentary throughout luxury tours.
- Accompanying and guiding visitors during tours, highlighting cultural, historical, ecological, and local points of interest.
- Ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of all tour participants at all times.
- Assisting with the coordination of tour logistics, including transport arrangements, schedules, accommodation links, and meal planning where required.
- Providing tailored recommendations on local attractions, activities, dining, and services.
- Responding to guest questions and resolving any concerns professionally during tours.
- Conducting ongoing research to stay informed about local history, culture, environment, and attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Working closely with other tour guides and operations staff to improve tour routes, itineraries, and overall guest experience.
- Maintaining accurate records of tour schedules, guest numbers, and any feedback or incidents to support operational quality and compliance.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV qualification (or higher) in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of relevant tour-guiding or tourism-industry experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver clear, engaging, and informative tour commentary.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional, friendly attitude and the ability to interact confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds.
