The Role:
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has opened for an experienced Corporate / VIP Travel Consultant to manage complex travel arrangements for high-profile travellers and executive clients.
This role requires someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused and comfortable managing time-sensitive and detailed itineraries. You'll work closely with clients to deliver seamless travel experiences while ensuring all bookings meet required processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transport and complex itineraries
Provide consultative travel planning to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective travel solutions
Handle both individual and occasional group travel bookings
Maintain accurate booking documentation and internal records
Ensure all travel arrangements follow required approval processes and internal procedures
Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to deliver exceptional service
Manage urgent and last-minute travel requests within service level agreements
Attend internal and client meetings when required
Contribute to team performance targets and service delivery standards
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant or in a similar travel management role
Strong GDS experience
Excellent airfare and ticketing knowledge (including Published, Nett and NDC fares)
Strong hotel product knowledge including room types, rates and cancellation policies
Ability to manage complex itineraries and high-touch VIP travel requests
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident working in a fast-paced environment with urgent requests
Strong communication and relationship management skills
