As a Bid Writer you will be responsible of crafting clear, compliant, and persuasive content for tenders and proposals.

THE ROLE

  • Review allocated tender sections to understand requirements and compliance obligations
  • Independently draft persuasive narratives or technical style, client focused responses aligned with specifications and evaluation criteria
  • Grasp construction concepts and independently interpret drawings and specifications accurately
  • Apply organisational tone of voice and best practice standards
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to gather input
  • Proofread and edit your work for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
  • Manage writing tasks across multiple bids to meet deadlines
  • Contribute to improving templates, style guides, and reusable content

ABOUT YOU

This role is ideal for someone with experience writing, technical aptitude, and an eye for detail.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in bid writing or a similar role
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret technical information and turn it into clear, compelling content
  • Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Police Clearance
