About the role
IPN's Receptionists provide a high standard of customer service and administration to patients and Doctors. Supporting the successful running of the centre the role includes :
- Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments
- Document scanning and email management
- Patient billing and payment collection
- Working as part of a team supporting the Practice Manager
