The Role
This Banking traineeship will give you the opportunity to learn all things banking, while gaining valuable customer service and administrative skills. Working within the customer service team for one of the leading banks, you will provide friendly customer service to all customers and support with transactions, account enquiries and other tasks as required.
The role is based in Blacktown CBD Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and communication.Supporting customers with enquiries and transactions.Getting involved in projects, contributing to the improvement of processes and workflows.Maintain and organise records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Be a catalyst for positive change, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge :
No formal experience required but some exposure to customer service & basic computer literacy would be well regarded.The ability to learn, be taught and follow instructions. Asking questions when uncertain of information and process highly encouraged.Strong organisational skills with an ability to take ownership of tasks.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive mindset and a passion for contributing to positive changeTeam Player
