The role
You will provide project administration support to the Construction Manager across multiple construction projects. By coordinating document control, workflows and communications, you will ensure projects run efficiently, and site teams remain focused on delivery, compliance and program outcomes.
Key duties (including but not limited to)
- Maintain andmanage allprojectdata and documentationensuringaccurateversion control, systemintegrityand audit ready accessibility.
- Assistwith preparing subcontractor packages, tracking contract deliverables, managing variations, and supporting progress claim documentation to ensure alignment with contract terms and project timelines.
- Coordinate project communications, including meeting minutes,procurementschedulesand programme updates, providing the Construction Manager withaccurateadministrative oversight of multiple active commercial construction projects.
- Complete site documentation for claims and variations in conjunction with the Construction Management and Accounts teams.
- Support day-to-day operational planning by tracking project programmes,monitoringkey milestones, and coordinating with site teams toensure activities, labour and materials align with deliverytimelines.
- AssistProject Managers and Estimators withcoordinating procurement schedules, plant and material allocations, and subcontractor bookings to support efficient site mobilisation and minimise delays to construction operations.
- Maintain variation logs, purchase orderregistersand cost trackers.
Key attributes and experience
- At least5years' experienceas a constructionadministratoror within a role of similar nature
- Advanced administrationand time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Very high attention to detail
- Strong understanding of constructionmethodologyand sequencing
- White Card
- Full Drivers Licence
Desirable but not essential
- Cert III or IV in Construction or similar
