Sailors Bay Dentistry is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 6-chair practice. The Opportunity :

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Northbridge, NSW practice available for Dental Receptionists seeking permanent part-time work :

Modern dental practice with 6 chairs running a wide range of dental treatmentsFriendly, fun and dedicated teamMeet and greet patients, providing a great first impressionBook and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient recordsSupporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practiceMaking patients aware of dental services and offersHandling paymentsAccessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentialityHigh-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm mannerYou'll be :

Available to work part-time, Monday & Wednesday 7 : 45AM - 5 : 00PM & Friday 7 : 45AM – 4 : 00PMPrevious Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training providedYou're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic roleExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about customer service and patient careOrganised with attention to detailAbility to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted mannerWhy join the Bupa network?
