WorkPacAustraliaJob details Manufacturing Supervisor Straight to Perm Salary $100 to $120k depending on experienceMonday to FridayBased in RockhamptonAbout the Client Our client supplies high quality surfacing solutions for a wide range of Australian road and construction projects - from local streets to highly complex infrastructure including freeways, highways and airport runways.What you will be doing : We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor for a permanent position based in Rockhampton.In this role, you will oversee workshop, plant, and production staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and coordinating maintenance activities.
While prior experience in asphalt is not required, a mechanical aptitude is essential.Key responsibilities include : Leading and supervising production teamsRunning toolbox meetingsMeeting production targetsManaging and maintaining fixed plant equipmentThis is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to join a well-established team.This is a Monday to Friday role, typically involving 8 to 10-hour shifts.
