About The Role

As Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of media campaigns of specific markets.

In this role, you will be required to collaborate closely with various teams including central media agency, local teams, creative team, and technical teams to ensure that the media projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities typically will entail media planning within established frameworks, developing timelines, managing budgets, coordinating tasks, and communicating progress to stakeholders. The Media Manager also play a key role in mitigating risks, resolving issues, and optimizing project workflows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

With a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, you will drive projects forward while maintaining a focus on achieving the strategic objectives and delivering impactful media solutions. You will be part of the APMEA Media team, but sit in the local ANZ marketing team, with a functional reporting line into the ANZ Digital Marketing Manager with whom you will also have close collaboration.

What You'll Do

Owner of paid media in Australia and New Zealand, overseeing and leading the media plans and activities for diverse channels covering social, programmatic, search and offline / traditional medias. Brands in scope for AU : Electrolux. Westinghouse, AEG, Vintec and BeefEater. For NZ : Electrolux, Westinghouse and AEG. Also responsible for POM media in AU.Develop media strategy that supports business objectives in ANZ and where required to generate quantifiable revenue and profit. Ensure that plans are aligned to local ANZ Product launches local business goals and delivered into market on time and in fullManage media agency and their delivery for the CA, ensuring quality output in planning, execution, optimization and reporting.Closely monitor media performance against preset targets and KPI that is based on MMM (metrics that matter) framework. Continually drive improvement through test and optimization for best results.Identify areas of opportunity to improve processes, improve delivery by analyzing workflow.Manage weekly and monthly reports, PCAs, QBR decks, and ad-hoc performance analysis. Derive insights and learning to enhance performance.Know the media landscape while utilizing analytics to understand industry and market trend to develop effective strategy for optimum result.Be the local media expert providing insights into market trends, channel performance and knowledge to the teamEnsure effective use of media budgets that are well paced to drive maximum output. Manage budgets with an efficiency and output focus, align to ANZ product launches and business goalsActive engagement in constructive discussion with key partners across the organization to facilitate daily operation and drive continued improvement through practical solutions.Close collaboration across BA and CA teams to ensure smooth operation across Marketing function, including the production and delivery of media assets for relevant channels.Responsible for managing day-to-day operation including communication with regional and local teams, meetings including weekly WIP with the agency , and media project plans on Monday.com.Given collaboration with local, regional and global team, flexibility in work hours will be required to attend meetings and calls

Who You Are

You'll bring 4 + years of professional experience in a similar role within the Media industryExperience within a Media agency will be highly advantageousProven track record of analysing insights and translating them into actionable strategies that drive results and achieve objectives.Strong leadership skills – able to nurture relationships and inspire & bring the team and the wider business on the journeyStrong interpersonal skills capable of influencing key stakeholder and fostering collaboration among diverse teams.Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken; ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain language.Highly organized and structured approach – strong process & operating rhythm with excellent time management and solution driven focus.Highly analytical and data driven with the ability to prove and use data to drive decision makingPassionate – about the consumer and in delivering simply outstanding experiences.Focus – you double-down on the most important topics to ensure impact.Agile - Both reactive and proactive, you work efficiently and flexibly to deliver results.Dynamic – you have the ability to think in a creative and strategic way, but are adept at delivering operationally to ensure tasks are followed through to completion.Energetic - Your enthusiasm is infectious and inspires and engages your colleagues and collaborators to achieve, deliver, and be accountable for their work. You'll also have the stamina essential to delivering results in both the short and long term.Fast learner – with the ability to adapt quickly in unfamiliar situations.

Qualifications :

University degree in Digital Marketing or related fieldProficiency in working with Ads Manager, DSPs, GA4, Excel, Powerpoint
