What you’ll do :
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Franchise Network Development to join the team. In this role, you will spearhead the expansion of our retail and pharmacy network across the Wesfarmers Health group.
You’ll lead a team focused on identifying and onboarding new franchise partners, while enhancing the performance and sustainability of our existing network. Reporting to the General Manager, Property & Network Development, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our national network strategy across key banners including Priceline Pharmacy, InstantScripts Health Hub, and Pharmacy 4 Less .
Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Developing and executing a comprehensive network strategy using data, GIS tools, and market insights
- Leading franchise recruitment and building strong, enduring relationships with pharmacy owners and industry stakeholders
- Overseeing renewals, negotiations, and onboarding of franchise partners
- Driving innovation by staying ahead of retail and franchising trends
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver the national network plan
- Coaching and developing a high-performing, collaborative team culture aligned with Wesfarmers Health values
