The Opportunity

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of machinery, equipment and systems within a manufacturing environment. This role includes performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, and working with the production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and optimise machine performance. The Maintenance Fitter plays a critical role in ensuring that the manufacturing plant runs smoothly and safely.

This role is an Afternoon shift position (2pm – 10pm) with occasional overtime as required. Ideally this role will suit a hands‑on, self‑motivated person with experience in the manufacturing / processing industry.
