MAS NationalBraddon, ACT, AUWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Chef (all years) to gain a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and help our team deliver a food experience to match our world class beer experience. If you are thinking about starting your apprenticeship in Commercial Cookery or already have one underway, we want to hear from you!!!
As an Apprentice Chef, you will combine formal study (one day per week at CIT) with on-the-job training, learning from our experienced chefs to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Employment is on a full time basis for a 3 year fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities of the role include assisting with food preparation, learning culinary techniques and methods, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and supporting the overall operation of the kitchen. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working, and willing to learn.
To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine passion for preparing and creating great food, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills. While previous kitchen experience is not required, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are a must. We are looking for someone who is available to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer great mentors in a fun, energetic and supportive environment. Joining BentSpoke means becoming part of the team dedicated to creating delicious food and providing top-notch service to our patrons.
