The role
We have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative to join the Rheem Sales team based out of our Melbourne Office. Your key focus will be establishing and developing key relationships with our customers which will require regular and methodical calling to ensure their needs are met. The high profile of this position means you will demonstrate a high level of diplomacy, professionalism and interpersonal skills. By doing this you will contribute to the achievement of sales, revenue & margin volume targets as set by the Manager and maintain a record of customer visits and interactions via CRM.
About you
The role would suit a driven salesperson with experience across the plumbing and building industry who is committed, passionate, energetic, and reliable. You will also have:
• Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor
• Successful experience in building a territory/segment within a business
• Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of decision makers
• Experience with CRM programs preferred but not essential
• Capacity to work independently with a competitive spirit
• Current driver’s licence
