Your role as a Customer Advisor puts you in the drivers seat of our service delivery giving you the autonomy to do what you do best - helping customers achieve their banking goals.

In this dynamic and high-impact role youllmake your mark by :
- Exploring customers needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and collaborating with different specialists within the branch
- Keeping up with constant our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
- Being the face of the branch and customer service. Become our customers go-to person for anything from processing transactions handling cash investigatingqueriesorassistingwith paperwork all while keeping risk considerations at the forefront

This is a part-time 12-month maximum term contract positionlocatedin Ballarat West. Working 3 days per week 45 hours per fortnight. The roster details are : Monday Tuesday & Wednesday 08 : 45am to 05 : 15pm.
