Bellbirds Early Learning Centre is expanding its team, and we are searching for individuals who are warm, loving, passionate, experienced, and hardworking like our current amazing team.

Bellbirds is an LDC licensed for 52 places and has been successfully operating for 10+ years! We are a family‑run business uniquely situated in the growing suburb of Menangle Park, providing high‑quality care and education for children aged 0‑6 years.

Experienced educator qualities we are looking for :

  • A positive, bubbly and patient individual committed to being a positive role model for children.
  • Confidence building positive and respectful relationships with children, families and team members.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Knowledge and understanding / practice of the EYLF.
  • Knowledge and understanding of programming and planning in accordance to milestones.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the importance of inclusive practices.
  • Eagerness to lead and teach the incredible growing minds of little ones.
  • Ability to create quality learning experiences for children.
  • Ideal candidate will have had previous leadership experience and be open to a room leader role.

    • ECT qualities we are looking for :

  • Experience with implementing and leading a preschool program.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Developmental Milestones for children.
  • Experience with supporting and mentoring educators in a positive and proactive way.
  • Confidence in partnering with families to better support a child's learning journey.
  • Availability to work in direct contact with children (preschool room).
