Environmental Due Diligence Specialist

About you

It is expected that the successful candidate will have a track record in environmental due diligence with the following qualifications, skills and experience :

Degree, or equivalent, qualifications in an Earth Science or appropriate Engineering subject

Technical experience in :

• Managing site investigations
• Managing soil and groundwater risk assessments, where remedial options are recommended and costed
• Undertaking Phase I Assessments (desk-based and site visits)
• Undertaking review of environmental compliance (to include topic areas around permits, licences, carbon obligations, tank storage, deleterious materials etc)
• Undertaking overview assessments of health & safety system obligations
• Managing multi-site assessments as part of a property or company transactions
• Report writing including Red Flag Portfolio Summary Reports
• ESG assessments in the context of property or company transactions
• Driving Licence valid in the UK
• Business development and client stewardship skills
