About the exciting opportunity :
- Provide general administrative duties at our 87 bed aged care facility in Lyneham
- Report into the Director of Nursing and work alongside an Administration Assistant
- Update, coordinate and distribute a fortnightly roster for staff
- Manage timesheets and leave applications and arrange cover for employee absences
- Facilitate a welcoming environment where high standards of customer service are consistently delivered
- Manage the home’s filing system, including the archiving process
- Cover reception during lunch breaks and leave
