Manage High-End, Bespoke Commercial Fitouts with Exceptional Finishes

As they continue to grow, they’re now looking for a skilled Site Manager to join their Adelaide-based team.

The Role

As Site Manager , you will be responsible for leading site operations from initial setup to final handover. Working closely with your Project Manager and Contract Administrator, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a standard the team is proud of.

Key responsibilities :

  • Take control of day-to-day site operations across all project phases
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet program milestones
  • Maintain high safety and quality standards across every part of the build
  • Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Monitor and report on project progress and address challenges early
  • Keep accurate and timely site documentation (safety, QA, daily logs)
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable site culture

    You’re an experienced site professional who knows how to run a tight site while keeping the team engaged. You take pride in your work, lead by example, and know how to deliver projects that exceed expectations, without cutting corners.

    You will bring :

  • A trade background (carpentry preferred) and 3–5+ years as a Site Manager
  • Experience delivering commercial fitout, refurbishment, and / or new build projects
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Confidence managing programs, sequencing trades, and resolving site issues
  • Solid knowledge of WHS and construction compliance requirements
  • Comfortable using site management software (Procore, HammerTech, etc.)
  • A solutions-focused mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
