Instructional Designer

About the Company

We are seeking an Instructional Designer / Learning Assurance for a 4 month contract for a government organisation based in Sydney Olympic Park / WFH. This is a hybrid role and is paying $600 - 700 per day + super and based on a 35 hour work week.

About the Role

• Contribute to the development of quality training and assessment products
• Design and develop high quality training and assessment products which are valid, compliant and fit for purpose for role requirements.
• Work with subject matter experts to produce appropriate, high-quality training and assessment resources.
• Develop / adapt training programs in a range of modes including eLearning to enable flexible delivery for members of the across the state.
• Deliver high quality, user-friendly and up to date products that comply with the Australian Qualifications Framework and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
• Develop and review educational products to ensure they are current, relevant, and compliant and meet the needs of the organisation as part of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to assessment validation and audit of training and assessment activities as required to ensure products meet RTO compliance and role requirements.
• Provide information and support to trainers and assessors so that they are able to deliver training and assessment to an appropriate standard.
