The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a hands-on Finance Business Partner who can turn numbers into strategy and connect financial insights with operational decision-making. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where finance meets growth sustainability and innovation.

This role is based in Essendon with regular travel required to our sites in Epping and Montrose.

In this role youll :

• Deliver meaningful insights that drive smarter faster business decisions
• Lead forecasting budgeting and financial modelling across operations
• Provide strategic financial insights to guide data-driven decisions
• Partner with senior leaders at Repurpose It to shape growth strategies and investment opportunities
• Build business cases and provide financial guidance for new initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement process efficiency and automation of financial operations
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor across the business
• Take ownership of financial outcomes and lead key initiatives from analysis to implementation
