Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Product for a full-time, remote role. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, overseeing the product lifecycle, conducting market research, and identifying innovative solutions aligned with the company's vision. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure that the product aligns with customer needs and business goals, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the product team.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, with proven experience in leading and launching successful product initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and articulate product vision effectively.
• Experience in conducting market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Proficiency in team leadership, decision‑making, and project management.
• A customer‑focused mindset with the ability to align products with user experiences and business objectives.
• Background in renewable energy, distributed energy resources, or sustainability is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
