Position Overview

As our Facilitator, you’ll set the first impression for what it means to be a part of the Civeo team by energising new hires with memorable onboarding experiences, blending practical training and company values to build confidence and connection. You’ll be the welcoming face that sets the tone for a positive, inclusive workplace—making every induction session count, whether in person or online. Engaging, informing and exciting our newest team members starts with you.

Located at our Village in Middlemount you’ll be inducting our new starers for our remote Villages across The Bowen Basin and Blackwater.

This is a full time fixed-term contract, commencing in the New Year until October 2026, with the possibility to extend until early 2027.

Drive in, Drive out with the option of a 5 : 2 or 9 : 5 roster to suit your lifestyle.

The Role (What you’ll do)

• Deliver engaging and interactive onboarding sessions that make every new starter feel valued and ready to succeed— both face-to-face, online
• Maintain and update onboarding materials to reflect current policies, procedures, and organizational values
• Work closely with the wider People & Culture team, IT, and Operations to deliver seamless onboarding experiences
• Listen to feedback and use it to make each session better than the last
• Champion inclusion by adapting sessions to diverse learning styles and backgrounds
• Track participation and keep records up-to-date for compliance
