As the Academic Team Leader, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for academic activities, staff management, quality assurance, and student success initiatives. Key responsibilities include :

- Leading curriculum reviews and development
- Fostering a culture of teaching excellence and academic scholarship
- Managing and developing academic staff
- Overseeing assessment validation and moderation
- Leading academic projects and resolving program challenges
- Ensuring adherence to accreditation and compliance standards
- Managing academic awards and scholarships
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Improving student outcomes through effective teaching practices and curriculum development
