With a large waitlist of clients eagerly awaiting our client's services, their building is fully prepared for action. Now, we need talented staff like you to join their team and make a difference! They are an Indigenous Social Enterprise and will be giving back to the community with their profits, they just need some amazing staff to help do this.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to clients with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and stay up-to-date with current research and best practices.

  • Qualifications and skills :

  • Degree qualified
  • Current registration or ability to gain registration with SPA
  • Experience working with pediatric and / or adult populations with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
