• Communicate with debtors and clients via phone and email to arrange payments and recover arrears
• Resolve payment disputes by working collaboratively to find win-win solutions
• Keep accounts up to date, ensuring accurate records and timely status updates

• Provide regular progress updates and insights to management on debt recovery Qualifications :
