About the role

We are looking for a motivated Administration Officer to join our Shepparton team. This role supports the day-to-day operations of our livestock activity, including processing cattle and sheep sales, assisting with client inquiries, and providing on-site support at auctions and clearing sales.

What you’ll do :

• Processing livestock sales and clearing sale transactions.
• Assisting clients with livestock payments and general inquiries.
• Attending dairy auctions and sales to provide on-site administration support (some travel required).
• Uploading sale information to the DLS website and sending updates to clients.
• Handling general administration tasks such as banking, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Supporting the livestock team with marketing tools, reports, and finance leads.
• Uploading NLIS devices and maintaining compliance records.
