Provide leadership and supervisory support to the highly specialised Child and Youth Mental Health Service, within the newly formed Out of Home Care program team. This program supports clinical service to young people and their families / significant others experiencing mental health concerns.

We are seeking senior nursing professionals with experience in clinical leadership, complex case management, assessment, counselling and / or therapy, and within mental health or relevant / related sector would be ideal. You would be working within a well-supported, innovative, diverse multidisciplinary team to provide developmentally appropriate treatment with young people and their families.
Our Aim :
The Child and Youth Mental Health Service in Tasmania is growing! We are seeking passionate and dedicated Lead Practitioners to provide clinical services to young people and their families / significant others experiencing mental health concerns. The positions available are within our new teams which are currently being developed as initiatives under the CYMHS reform program (Youth, Youth Forensic, Out of Home Care).
The Lead Practitioner will have a passion for providing a person-centred approach and working within a multidisciplinary team environment, providing high level clinical leadership to the team.
The role will include :

Two permanent full time day worker positions working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Salary : $111,506 - $118,336 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
