The Aboriginal Women & Children's Crisis Service (AWCCS) is dedicated to supporting Aboriginal women and children escaping domestic and family violence. Through safe refuge and trauma-informed practices, we empower families and rebuild futures while placing cultural safety at the core of our services.

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our team.

Key Duties will include :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the refuge with a culturally safe and trauma-informed approach
• Deliver high-quality services for Aboriginal women and children
• Build strong relationships with local communities and organisations
• Provide leadership, supervision, and training to refuge staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, funding, and safety standards
• Develop culturally appropriate service models and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage casework support, outreach activities, crisis response, and budgeting
• Report to and work collaboratively with the Board
