About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our team.
Key Duties will include :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the refuge with a culturally safe and trauma-informed approach
- Deliver high-quality services for Aboriginal women and children
- Build strong relationships with local communities and organisations
- Provide leadership, supervision, and training to refuge staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, funding, and safety standards
- Develop culturally appropriate service models and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage casework support, outreach activities, crisis response, and budgeting
- Report to and work collaboratively with the Board
