This is a high-impact role at the heart of our AI transformation journey. As an AI Platform Engineer, you’ll design and build the cloud foundations that empower teams across the organization to innovate with AI—safely, at scale, and with speed.

Your work will support the development of innovative products, insights, and efficiencies that will impact the future of our business. From embedding FinOps and observability to staying ahead of the latest in AI infrastructure, you’ll play a critical role in making advanced AI capabilities accessible, sustainable, and enterprise-ready.

What You’ll Do

As a foundational member of the Data and AI team, this is a unique opportunity to :

• Build secure, reusable AWS infrastructure components to support internal AI and data solution teams.
• Implement platform observability with proactive monitoring and alerting for all AI and ML workloads.
• Embed FinOps practices into platform design to drive cloud cost visibility and optimisation.
• Stay across emerging AI tech and AWS updates to continually enhance platform capabilities.
• Influence internal standards and tooling to reflect high-quality AI infrastructure.
• Provide clear guidance and enablement materials to support team adoption of platform services.
