Job Responsibilities :
1. Market Opportunity Identification & Strategy Development
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging opportunities for new and existing property services (residential / commercial sales, leasing, development).
- Advise senior management on pricing strategies, promotional plans, and market entry tactics based on consumer trends and competitive analysis.
2. Advertising & Campaign Coordination
Develop and execute integrated advertising strategies across digital and traditional channels (social media, Google Ads, print media) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.Oversee end-to-end campaign production, including copywriting, creative design, media placement, and performance tracking within budget constraints.3. Consumer Insights & Trend Analysis
Analyse consumer behaviour patterns, preferences, and demographic data to optimise targeting for property listings and promotional activities.Predict market shifts in Sydney’s real estate sector using tools like CDA-certified analytics, ensuring agile adaptation of marketing strategies.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales, property management, and external agencies to align campaigns with business objectives (e.g., reducing vacancy rates, accelerating land development sales).Design client retention programs and loyalty initiatives to enhance long-term partnerships.5. Performance Optimization & Reporting
Monitor KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, campaign reach) and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Prepare executive reports linking marketing efforts to revenue growth and market share expansion.Job Requirements :
8+ years in strategic marketing roles with proven success in market analysis, campaign coordination, and consumer insights (real estate, hospitality, or service sectors preferred).Expertise in data-driven decision-making – Proficiency in CDA analytics, CRM systems (e.g., PropertyMe), and tools for tracking market trends.Bilingual proficiency (English & Mandarin) – Critical for engaging Sydney’s diverse clientele and global partners.Multichannel campaign management – Experience in digital platforms (WeChat, Google Ads), SEO / SEM, and traditional marketing.Leadership & collaboration – Ability to mentor teams and work cross-functionally.
