About Your Role :

As a Commercial Property Manager, you'll dive into a role that's both challenging and rewarding. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Cultivating strong relationships with tenants and landlords, addressing inquiries effectively
  • Conducting thorough Property Inspections
  • Coordinating contractors to handle various work orders for clients
  • Ensuring efficient management of rental arrears and resolution
  • Handling lease reviews and renewals through effective negotiation
  • Generating financial reports, including budgets and annual reconciliations
  • Precisely managing landlord and tenant property-related documents
  • Crafting new management submissions

About You :

To thrive in this role, you'll need :

  • Relevant experience in commercial property management
  • A valid and current Agents Representative license / Certificate of Registration (or the ability to obtain one before starting)
  • Exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability in managing stakeholder relationships
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Sound financial acumen
  • A valid driver's license
  • Experience with Cirrus8 Property Accounting Software is highly regarded
