Recruitment Consultant – Blue Collar Division

Are you a driven recruiter who loves the buzz of placing great people into great jobs? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Blue-Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment process across the industrial and logistics sectors – from sourcing reliable candidates to building long-term partnerships with clients. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and success comes from energy, initiative, and genuine relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and manage temporary, contract, and permanent blue-collar staff

Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and production

Build strong client relationships and provide responsive service

Coordinate rosters, fill bookings, and manage daily workforce requirements

Maintain compliance, documentation, and WHS standards

Work closely with the operations team to deliver results under pressure

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in blue-collar or high-volume recruitment (agency preferred but not essential)

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environment

High attention to detail and solid admin capability

Reliable, energetic, and results-focused attitude

A car and driver’s licence (you’ll occasionally visit client sites)
