With a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and retail contracts, the business is known for its commitment to service quality, innovation, and long-term client relationships.

As part of their ongoing expansion, they're looking to appoint a capable and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and support integrated security services where required.

The Opportunity

This role will see you manage over 40 sites and 100+ operational staff , ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement across all contracts. You'll be a key operational leader, working closely with supervisors, clients, and service partners to maintain standards and deliver on KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cleaning operations across a portfolio of residential, commercial, and retail sites.
• Conduct regular site visits, quality audits, and toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, ISO standards, and client KPIs.
• Act as the primary contact for building managers, strata committees, and FM providers.
• Optimise rostering, control costs, and drive process improvements (e.g., QR code systems, sustainability goals).
• Collaborate with a security service partner to support integrated solutions and incident response.
• Mentor site supervisors, manage staff performance, and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
• Support reporting, tender responses, and capital planning.
