Job description6–10 years’ experience in brand, PR & communications, media or creative strategy. Experience across luxury, wellness, property, or design sectors highly desirable. Proven record translating insights into actionable creative and commercial outcomes. Confident presenting ideas, leading workshops, and influencing decision-makers. Strong understanding of cultural trends, brand positioning, and modern media. Naturally collaborative, fast, curious, and commercially sharp. Solid and up to date network in Australia and New Zealand. Sydney based and willing to predominantly work in the Darlinghurst office. EVH is seeking a Strategy & Growth Director to help shape the next chapter of our agency’s evolution.
This is a hands-on, leadership role for a strategic thinker who thrives in culture, creativity, and commercial growth.
You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior team to translate insight into impact - driving strategies that build brands, deepen client relationships, and deliver measurable results.
You will :
- Develop and deliver strategies across luxury, lifestyle, fashion, wellness and technology clients.
- Analyse market and cultural trends, and emerging technologies to uncover opportunities for clients and the agency.
- Lead new business procurement, from pitch development to presentation to on-boarding.
- Build and grow client relationships by providing clear, strategic advice, presenting ideas persuasively, and delivering solutions that drive measurable business results.
- Partner with account teams to deliver integrated campaigns that perform.
- Contribute to agency growth initiatives and innovation programs.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable team culture with continuous skill development.
