Job description

BMD is in a significant growth phase with a strong pipeline of projects in hand, and as a result, we are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our high-performing team. Working in collaboration with the Project Manager, you will work towards achieving excellent productivity and program outcomes. Your strong leadership and communication skills will build effective relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors and suppliers.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with :

Certificate III in Civil Construction
Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience
Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
Motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program
