Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced "Cloud Solutions Architect" with deep expertise in AWS / GCP Cloud to design, implement, and manage innovative cloud solutions for our enterprise clients. This role will be pivotal in driving the architecture and execution of cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.

As an Architect in our cloud solutions team, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and key stakeholders to craft tailored cloud strategies, ensuring security, scalability, and cost‑efficiency. You will leverage your technical acumen to guide clients on best practices, cloud adoption frameworks, and the overall AWS / GCP ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and technical challenges.
• Design cloud-based solutions that meet client needs while adhering to industry best practices and security standards.
• Provide domain expertise around public cloud and enterprise technology and effectively promote Google Cloud / AWS Cloud.
• Design end-to-end modernization solutions that leverage cloud services, automation, and other emerging technologies to enhance performance, reliability, and security.
• Develop comprehensive modernization roadmaps, including migration plans, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
• Lead the implementation of infrastructure modernization projects, including infrastructure as code (IaC) deployment, configuration management, and testing.
• Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution providing best practice advice to customers to optimize Google Cloud effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging cloud technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our solutions and services.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design & development, proposal writing, client presentations, closures & preparing SOW.
• Drive GTM for the assigned market / geographies.

Preferred qualifications

Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and preferably an MBA along with any current Google / AWS Cloud Certifications will be an added benefit and extra points if this is Professional Cloud Architect.
