The Retail Media Specialist supports retail media campaigns through strong execution, coordination, and performance reporting.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail oriented and organised Retail Media Specialist to join our Adore Media Solutions team. Reporting to the Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our retail media function, ensuring that every campaign from premium onsite placements to flyer sampling is executed seamlessly and delivers exceptional results for our brand partners.
You will work cross functionally with our Digital Marketing, Creative and Merch teams to bring media plans to life. While the Manager drives the commercial strategy and high level relationships, you will own the day to day campaign management, asset coordination and performance reporting that keeps our partnerships thriving. This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone who understands the unique dynamics of Retail Media Networks and wants to apply that expertise in a premium, content‑led e‑commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution : Manage the end to end process of omnichannel campaigns, including booking media slots, briefing the creative studio and ensuring all assets go live on time and to spec.
- Performance Reporting : Produce meaningful Post Campaign Analyses (PCAs). Pull data from our internal dashboards to track ROAS, conversion and engagement, helping the Manager demonstrate value to our partners.
- Proposal Support : Assist in building best in class media decks and proposals. Use our first party data to craft compelling narratives that align with our brand partners’ objectives.
- Secondary Streams Operations : Manage logistics for secondary revenue channels, such as coordinating flyer sampling allocations and setting up campaigns for post‑purchase partners (e.g. Rokt).
- Stakeholder Liaison : Act as a key point of contact for brand partners and agencies regarding asset delivery, timelines and live campaign troubleshooting.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate data in our database, ensuring all media bookings and revenue figures are up to date to support accurate forecasting.

1 to 3 years of experience in a Retail Media, Trade Marketing, or Digital Media role, ideally within an e‑commerce or retail environment.Hands‑on experience supporting omnichannel media campaigns, from booking and asset coordination through to go live and reporting.A strong understanding of retail media formats and how they differ from standard digital advertising.Confidence working with data and performance metrics, including ROAS, conversion, and engagement.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with internal teams, agencies, and brand partners.A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset, with the ability to anticipate issues and keep campaigns on track.Working at Adore Beauty – Perks & Benefits
