Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Huntly is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join their newly established team. In this full-time, Monday to Friday role, you will lead a dedicated team of educators and teachers, drive pedagogical excellence, and support the delivery of a high-quality early childhood education program.

About the Role as the Educational Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the educational program across the centre
• Mentoring and coaching educators and teachers to deliver best practice
• Supporting teams with curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practice
• Championing the Aspire philosophy and curriculum framework
• Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and the community

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Extensive experience as an Educational Leader or in a senior educational capacity
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and NQF
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor educators
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
