The Development Manager is responsible for achieving project deliverables including time, cost, and profitability of allocated projects, ensuring maximisation of returns to investors within an appropriate risk horizon. Reporting to the Project Director, this role operates within a multi-layered team to manage project feasibility strategically and operationally through financial and budget management, planning and design, marketing, sales, and legislative and compliance requirements.

This is an opportunity for a development specialist to join a highly successful ASX-listed company in Peet's Development Team, located in Perth.

This role will be offered in a permanent full-time capacity, enabling you to showcase and develop your skills.

In addition, you will demonstrate the ability to analyse and resolve complex problems, including the ability to work independently and collaborative by maintaining relationships in order progress project marketing milestones and highlight risks.
