Disability Support Worker (North Brisbane)
We are recruiting to support participants in the North Brisbane area. If you share our values of respect and helping participants pursue their goals, objectives and dreams, we’d like to talk to you.
Responsibilities
- Provide disability support in line with participant goals and care plans
- Work within a 24 / 7 roster structure that includes weekdays, weekends, public holidays and sleepovers
- Coordinate shifts such as 2pm starts with 16 hours of work and inactive sleepovers in a 24-hour block
- Participate in CAS and shorter shifts with flexible rosters; active night shifts may be available for qualified staff
