Located in Keyborough, we are looking for experienced Recoveries or Collections Representatives to join their dynamic team and carry out the following responsibilities :

• Providing support in all areas of Collections through maintaining and managing a portfolio of recovery files.
• Adhering to ASIC / ACCC and Privacy Act guidelines and regulations
• Respond and action all communication in a professional manner
• Processing new files received from clients as per their request
• Liaise with clients, debtors, references, third parties, as well as all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring records and database is update to reflect accuracy of records and updates.
