About the role
Manage change activities for enterprise technology initiatives within RACGP’s Digital Transformation Program. Reporting to the Manager Transformational Program Change, you’ll engage stakeholders, perform impact assessments, design and deliver communication messages , collaborate with roles across the college to embed and ensure, teams are business ready to adopt changes successfully.
As our Change Manager – Technology, you'll also :
- Plan and execute change activities for digital & technology projects
- Develop, manage and deliver change management plans based on awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted.
- Undertake change impact & readiness assessments of affected areas to understand the extent of change occurring and to guide and support the change approach.
- Work with other roles / functions within the College to deliver effective change activities to engage and prepare staff.
- Design and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication plans and related activities
- Develop learning materials as required
- Coach and support leaders, sponsors, and SMEs to enhance their change leadership skills and responsibilities.
- Track and report on change adoption, health metrics, and risks, providing insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of RACGP enterprise change approach and playbook.
Skills and experience
- 3–5+ years in technology (preferred) or organisational change management across enterprise or complex transformation programs.
- Experience in change, learning and adoption programs, digital technology implementations e.g. (CRM, CMS, ERP)
- Deep knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter), with proven ability to integrate change, communications, training and adoption practises into project lifecycles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Digital Transformation experience highly desirable
- Any related degree or certifications highly desirable
