Business Development Manager, NSW & ACT - Environmental Monitoring Consultancy

• Strategic Growth: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Client Acquisition: Identifying and securing new business opportunities across Western Australia.
• Solution Sales: Understanding client needs and provide tailored recommendations from TES's comprehensive suite of environmental monitoring solutions
• Client Engagement: Strengthening client relationships through excellent account management and networking with a willingness to travel across WA
• Market Representation: Representing the company at industry events to promote products and services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, to align strategies and achieve shared goals.
• Reporting & insights: Monitor market trends and provide feedback to support the development of new products and services

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

• Previous experience in business development or sales within the Environmental Monitoring industry.
• A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
• A valid Drivers Licence
