Field Representative (Casual)

We are seeking a Casual Field Representative to join our Retail Select team and provide in‑store visual merchandising services in the hardware and gardening departments at Bunnings stores in the Reynella‑Noarlunga area. You will represent DuluxGroup’s brands – Dulux, Selleys, Yates and Cabot’s – and support sales teams to deliver an excellent shopping experience for consumers.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain key customer relationships.
Order, merchandise and present stock, including manual handling.
Maintain in‑store displays and ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly.
Assist with major planogram initiatives.

Skills & Experience

Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential).

Self‑motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.

Demonstrated ability to learn and use technology and digital applications.

Strong time‑management, prioritisation skills and initiative.
