Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a customer-centric IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative IT Service & Support team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is based in our modern, open-plan support office in the vibrant heart of South Brisbane.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our information technology network, applications, and desktop equipment. Through incident, problem, and service request management, you will leverage your extensive L1 / L2 experience to provide top-tier support to various internal stakeholders. Your ability to deliver outstanding customer service, coupled with your quick-thinking problem-solving skills, will be essential in resolving desktop and application issues efficiently and effectively.
