Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for retail? Then we want to hear from you - We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to join our team at Castle Hill store and take charge!
In this pivotal role, you’ll drive sales, lead and develop a high-performing team aligned to our core values, and create a memorable customer experience .
Our Store Managers know how to Keep It Real and Be Experts to ensure our teams are engaged and committed to Adding Value and Making the customer journey Personal by creating an inspirational customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively and attentively takes ownership of overall store performance
- Drives sales, profit, controls costs to ensure the achievement of KPI’s
- Ensures a customer centric culture, resulting in a warm, helpful, and exceptional customer experience
- Provides inspirational leadership and training to develop their team to deliver outstanding results
- Lead, coach and develop the retail sales team to achieve targets and build a high-performing team
- Develop and Implement strategies that can maximize both sales and customer service targets thereby driving store performance

- Adheres to all company behaviours, policies, and procedures
- Ensures a clean, tidy, and safe work environment advocating and ensuring OH&S principles are adhered to at all times
Skills and Experiences
5+ years retail management experienceStrong retail background, commercial acumen and passion for customer serviceEnergy, resilience and a hands-on approach; ready to take the next step into retail leadershipAbility to manage budgets, drive KPI’s, ensure compliance, interpret / create reporting, and generate efficient and compliant rostersHonesty, integrity, and open communicationAs we are a furniture store, the role involves regular manual handling of products including lifting, carrying and moving items of varying sizes. Applicants must be physically capable of safely performing these tasks as part of their daily duties.Qualifications
