The Role: You will be responsible for managing a medium-sized key portfolio from end to end, with autonomy and the support needed to perform at your best.
Portfolio details
- Approximately 130 properties, all houses located within The Hills District
- End-to-end property management
- Support from a dedicated administrator and leasing agent
- Stable, organised portfolio with long-term landlords
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a residential portfolio
- Coordination of repairs and maintenance
- Arrears management
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Tribunal preparation and attendance
- Management of insurance claims
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven negotiation ability
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Experience with Property Tree (preferred)
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
