About your new job

An exciting opportunity for a candidate who is seeking a team leader position for the small team, being the “right hand person” for the manager –

Working closely with the hiring managers for end to end Internal recruitment for blue and white collar for Australia wide – no more sales!!

• Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs and pipelines are met
• Meeting with the global Human resources team and other management to report on month-end and important issues regarding the TA and HR teams and provide valuable support as a subject matter expert to the business
• Sourcing talent across platforms including Seek, LinkedIn, and internal systems as well as seeking upskilling roles for internal applicants
• Assisting with procedural changes within the recruitment team such as new and improved interview processes etc.
• Updating and maintaining the internal systems to ensure all compliance is met as required

About you!

• Previous experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition – leadership skills will be highly regarded
• Have ideas or process experience to implement new and improved processes to the team and business
• You will have experience working with SAP, MS Office and other recruitment or CRM systems
• Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment with the capacity to meet deadlines
• Expertise working end to end recruitment with a wide range of knowledge of blue and white collar roles
• Ability to think outside the box and have creative ways to seek talent
